Extended Abstract Submission Guide

Click here to submit your Extended Abstract

The 2024 IEEE International Conference on Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems invites the submission of extended abstracts. The extended abstracts are intended for authors who wish to share late-breaking results but lack sufficient time for a full paper and for those who wish to present papers published in IES-sponsored journals after January 1, 2021.

An extended abstract should summarize the scope of the work, the primary results and findings, and the relevance and contributions to cyber-physical systems. It is recommended to have a structure with the following key elements: title, authors, affiliation, brief abstract, introduction, main results, and references. It should be no more than two pages and must use the templates in the MS Word and LaTeX format provided by IEEE without change or modification. To know more about how to create papers for IEEE IES conferences, please visit the following link: http://www.ieee-ies.org/conferences/paper-format-for-conferences.

Extended abstracts must be submitted in the PDF format via IEEE-ICPS2024 Submission under the designated "Track of Extended Abstracts". The submission deadline is March 1, 2024. Extended abstracts will be solely reviewed by the technical program chairs based on the content, relevance, and contribution. Acceptance/rejection decisions will be communicated to authors before March 15, 2024.

Extended abstracts will be included in the conference program book, but not be in the official conference proceedings. They will not be published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
